How much do your products cost?
KwikBoost products are typically offered as packaged solutions with a ton of value, but we also offer our products a la carte. On top of that, we have a large network of dealers and resellers who offer our products with additional value adds, so we do not publish pricing on our website. Also, our customers’ needs vary based on their market and location, so our goal is to help you identify what you need. A KwikBoost sales representative will be happy to provide you with our brochure—which includes basic pricing—and then consult with you to determine your needs and build a package that works for you and your specific location. We do offer an annual service plan to help you maintain your products, and while we recommend it, it is optional. Once you receive your charging stations, they are yours to do as you please.
Where do I put Charging Kiosks? Charging Lockers? Power Tables? How many should I buy?
Location, location, location! KwikBoost has extensive expertise and knowledge when it comes to understanding your needs and helping guide you to the best coverage for your location. There are several factors to consider when buying a charging kiosk; facility size, foot traffic, access to power, etc. KwikBoost has deployed thousands of charging kiosks and our research, usage data, and customer feedback help us determine the most efficient ways to provide charging stations for your facilities. What are the power requirements for operation?
Our products work with standard 110v outlets, are plug and play, and draw less power than a laptop computer even when fully utilized. We can also accommodate the power requirements in countries outside the USA as well. Our products are very easy to operate and set up.
What charging cables come with the products? How many of each?
Our products come equipped with 8 universally compatible USB charging cables that cover nearly 100% of the market. This includes Micro USB (3) (charges most non-Apple devices pre-2016 and still features on many devices today); Apple Lightning (3) (charges all iPhone iPad, iPod devices). USB Type-C (2) (charges many new devices on the market and should ultimately replace the Micro USB cable over the next few years). You can also request custom cable configurations as well as extended cables.
How long does it take to charge a device?
Charging speed varies by device type and all devices charge differently. Mobile devices come standard with a ‘governor’ of sorts that controls the way the device charges to manage and extend its battery life. KwikBoost’s charging technology offers full speed, multi device charging for up to 8 devices at a time. What we guarantee is the safest, smartest, fastest charge possible. If someone tells you or otherwise indicates that they can charge devices faster, be wary, it’s not possible. Think about it, if your device could be charged faster, wouldn’t it come with a charger that does that to begin with?
What about security for the devices? Charging Kiosk?
We recommend a few things to address security. 1. Put a disclaimer on the charging station so users know that their device is their responsibility. 2. Try to locate the charging stations in areas that have high visibility and are conducive to public charging and where theft would be difficult. Likewise, carriers and device manufacturers have designed and implemented technologies for tracking and remote lock features that make stealing devices more of a headache than it’s worth. Are your products easy to install and maintain?
KwikBoost products are always designed with ease of installation and simple maintenance in mind. Install, setup and ongoing maintenance is very easy and typically hassle free. We can provide you documentation as needed to assist with installation or changing out cables if necessary or we can schedule someone from our field team to come out to your location and give you a hand.
What happens if the cables break or if a new device is released?
It’s very easy to update or replace cables on any KwikBoost product. Our products are based on the USB standard, so switching out cables is just like the plug and play USB ports you are already familiar with at home and work. We provide videos, tutorials, and live customer support to help with this simple process. If you have a service plan in place you are covered. If a cable breaks, contact us and we will send you a new one. If a new device or cable comes out and you are seeing a demand for the new cable, contact us and we will send you the new cable. Even if you don’t have a service plan, contact us and we will get you taken care of. We also have field service teams that can help you update or replace cables.
How do I create custom artwork for the charging kiosks?
We have design templates that we can send you or your marketing team to create your artwork with. Don’t have the ability or time to create artwork, no worries, KwikBoost offers this service 100% FREE. We have a team of designers in house ready to create artwork just for you and your location. We will work with you until it’s exactly what you want and have your final approval for production. We print all graphics in house as well, so we offer the ultimate combination of speed and flexibility to make sure you are happy with your products. We also have relationships with most of the major college licensing companies so we are very familiar with licensing procedure and can fast track the whole process if necessary.
How long does it take to get our stations once we order?
KwikBoost offers the fastest turn around on the market. Our standard order fulfillment timeline is 5-7 business days from the time we have your final artwork on file. Need it faster, we can turn orders in as little as a day for an additional fee plus rush shipping costs.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all forms of payment; credit cards (AMEX, Visa, MC), checks, purchase orders, ACH and wire transfers. We do not accept Bitcoin…yet!
What about a Warranty? Service plan? Return policy?
Service is first in everything we do! You will not find another charging station company that backs their products with first class service the way KwikBoost does. We provide a one year warranty on our technology and a best in class service plan that includes a ton of value and benefits. Need to return a product for service or repair, no worries, we offer RMA in as little as 3 days. We have also a nationwide field service team that can do everything from initial installation and setup to ‘kwik’ service calls for technical repairs.
Are your stations available for rental or leasing?

Do you offer custom solutions?
Not only do we offer custom solutions, we are the best in the business. We can literally design, engineer and build anything you want. We also don’t outsource. When we tell you we build it, we actually build it! Our 75k square foot production facility has capabilities ranging from metal working, wood fabrication, plastic forming, molding, CNC routing, laser printing, 3-D printing and everything in between. In fact, we have even been contracted to design and build a few of the kiosks you see out there from other companies!
You say your products are made in the U.S.A. What does that mean?
It means exactly that, our products are designed and manufactured in the USA. As a relatively young business, we believe this is extremely important and have worked hard to ensure that we can continue to make our products here in this great country. No where else can you go after your dreams the way you can in this country and we want to do our part and support it as much as we can. Many competing products are imported from China and other countries and don’t offer similar value or quality, despite claims by their sellers. Not only are our products made in the USA, but we guarantee the best quality, value and service in the industry. We advise all our customers and potential customers to do their homework and try to buy American.
